The Centre brings over 20 years of combined experience in hypnosis/hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, educational counselling, teaching/training, Yoga, NLP and other healing modalities. We are a brief intervention agency (maximum 6 sessions). We encourage and expect our clients to work with us, instead of us working for them. All clients receive the copy of the audiorecording of each hypnosis session, so that they can learn the modalities we use and work on their own in private.
It is our belief that healing occurs when the person actively participates in the process. Therefore, it is crucial that our clients take full responsibility for their well-being and be fully involved in making/allowing the change(s) to happen. Hypnosis, while seemingly a passive modality, requires open-mindedness, participation, cooperation, strong motivation, realistic expectations, imagination, appreciation of Self and determination. Many of these requirements can be accomplished through self-hypnosis, if the mind is open to change.
The Centre is affiliated with The Canadian School of Hypnosis Training and Healing Arts in Ottawa.
